PEOPLE

All employees will be in clean branded T-Shirts.

Employees will be properly trained on how business is to be conducted. How to greet and treat clients etc

PRODUCT & PROCESS

Documented process on how to perfectly clean a car. There will be a checklist of how to clean a car, which the cleaners will be checking as they clean e.g.

1. Cleans window with x liquid.

2. Make sure dashboard is spayed with x after cleaning

3. Check under all seats (make sure they are clean)

4. Clean headlights with x.. e.t.c.

UNIQUE TOUCH

Leave a 2gums in the car, with a thank you note.

Provide addon services they can buy as they wait for the car to be cleaned (can partner with other businesses e.g. a mobile bar that can provide drinks and snacks etc)

MARKETING AUTOMATION

When cleaning each car, I will get the car model, color and mileage.

After client pays, we will ask for their name, phone and email where the receipt will be sent to.

The customer’s email will then be added to a funnel (want to learn more about funnels, join the group https://chat.whatsapp.com/ImRUG1TX9Oq6oGxIuW5r6M )

We can have different funnels for different car types. The customers will then start getting the following automated messages.

(Example funnel e.g. for clients with small red cars. We can have different funnels for different car groups). All messages are fully automated.

Talk about the importance of car servicing

WAIT 7 DAYS AND SEND SMS (if client has not come back)

Hai {client_name}, come wash you car with 20% discount

The next time client bring their car, we will take note of the new mileage eventually we will be able to tell how much they move and send more accurate messages to advise when to service their cars etc.
